ABOUT
I’m one of those people who found their calling at the most improbable - or perhaps most fitting—moment: a few months before a divorce, a move abroad, and just before COVID hit. Today, I’m a certified yoga teacher for both adults and children, as well as a behavioural coach, with a clear and simple mission: to help you find yourself, both on and off the mat—or at the very least, to try without getting hurt!
I firmly believe that yoga isn’t just a series of elegant poses to show off but a way to find balance between the chaos of daily life and the turmoil of our own minds. I’m convinced that deep breathing can solve almost anything.
With over 10 years of experience as a yoga student and 5 years as an instructor, I’ve committed to guiding yogis of all ages on their journeys toward physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Change is a part of all of us, and I’ve learned to navigate it without anxiety, thanks to yoga.
